Someone in management decided that a little mischief is in the air. Someone has decided to “borrow” the flag of Community Living. Can you help the company figure out who in management decided that a little fun was to be had?

Our top notch investigators interviewed all of management and could not get a straight answer. Here is some of the answers when asked if they stole the flag.

Johanne – I think that it was Lyne that stole the flag

Lyne – I am innocent that is my final answer. What about Darrell?

Darrell – I am thinking of all the good hiding places at the main building, and I tend to be here when very few are around…..decisions decisions. I am just kidding. Maybe it was Sylvie that did it, she just finished renovations and could have easily hid it.

Sylvie – We all know it was not me that stole the flag, I don’t go to the office often enough. Val though….

Val – Did I do it, maybe I did, maybe I didn’t. But I hear Pricilla is a good one to ask.

Pricilla – I am innocent. I am too busy to plan such a daring act. Now Tammie that is who I would be talking to.

Tammie – I would never do such a thing. I don’t even own a flagpole. Jodi is always around at the office though…

Jodi – Of course it is not me. how could you ever consider such a thing.Or maybe it is. Bahahaha . I hear Brenda likes silky things though.

Brenda -What’s my motto? don’t get caught. Hobbies you ask? collecting things. what do I like? Silk, soft material, and bright colors. Now what I really like is dreaming of intrigue and adventure, walking on the wild side. Also I dream about being the new Wonder Woman with a new costume and cape of course in my choice of colors. I just wish I could talk to who stole the flag to get it for part of the costume.

As you can see the investigators may need some help. Can you help us finance our top notch investigators to solve this mystery? You can cast your vote at any of the group homes or the main office during the month of November.

The cost is $.25 for an individual supported, and $1.00 for any staff or member of the public to vote. No management is allowed to vote as it may throw the investigator off the trail of the actual culprit. At the end of November the investigator will pull the guilty party out of a hat, and one lucky person will be awarded for helping the investigator solve the mystery. All proceeds go to United Way.

The Master Thief is Caught!!

Confession note

confession note

After a month of investigation our top notch detective unit(the people we support) discovered who it was that stole the flag. They went door to door, tried every trick they knew (they told all management that they knew it was them so pay for your silence, which they received $20) but in the end Detective Tammy discovered it was the Quality Enhancement Co-Ordinator Brenda Beaudoin that borrowed the flag. Pinned to her door this is what was discovered………….(click picture to see note)

The following is information just released from the interview with Brenda:

Brenda – I never thought that I would be caught….. I was set up! I started that note before I went on holiday’s but it was in a locked drawer and I had the only key. You know what though, I don’t regret anything, for that month I was walking on the wild side and it really did fit my costume. Who helped me you ask? I am sworn to secrecy but I will give you a hint…. it was a member of management!! Now try to figure that one out HA!!

After this vital discovery it was decided by all present that Brenda will be sentenced to 5 minutes in Community Living Jail and will have the Community Living participants watching her very closely to ensure that she is not able to “borrow” the flag again.
